What are your hours of operation?
Business hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm and on Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays. Appointment hours are Monday thru Friday between 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Evening appointment hours are available on Wednesdays until 7:30 pm by appointment only. A fee of $25.00 will be charged for no-shows. Saturday appointment hours are between 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Where is the hospital located?
We are located off of Route 50 (called John Mosby Hwy in Loudoun County). If traveling West on 50, we are pass the intersection of 50 and 29. As soon as you pass South Riding Blvd., you will see us on the right hand side.

My pet is sick but I have to work and cannot come in during normal business hours. What can I do?
If your pet seems very ill and need to see the Veterinarian right away, you can drop off your pet as early as 7am Monday thru Friday. Just please be sure to arrange the drop off with the receptionist ahead of time. The doctor will examine your pet and give you a call to discuss treatment options. Remember a "Wait and See" attitude can take a turn for the worse very quickly.

What should I do if I have an emergency and the hospital is closed
Depending on the severity of the emergency you have two options. You could try to reach Dr. Masood by calling the main hospital line at 703 327-6666 and press 0 when the phone system picks up to be connected to the Dr's cell phone. If he does not pick up, leave a message and he will return your call as soon as possible. Just remember, he may not be available at all times. The other option is to take your pet to the emergency hospital. The Leesburg emergency hospital number is 703 777-5755. Springfield emergency is 703 451-8900, and Vienna emergency is 703 281-5121.

We found a baby bird/wild animal and the parents are nowhere to be seen, what should I do?
Use gloves to place the bird/animal in a covered box to minimize stress. Take the bird to the Fairfax Animal Shelter off of West Ox Road. They usually have a wildlife rehabilitator on call. If you are not close to the shelter call the Wildlife Rescue League emergency hotline at 703 450-0800, www.wildliferescueleague.org Do not attempt to handle the animal if it seem dangerous.
